The course for pastry chefs means to train experts in preparing sweet products such as cakes, biscuits, filled pastry, éclairs and others, able to produce the dough, apply the various cooking techniques, and carry out decorations according to their own creativity or following customers’ requests.
The aim of the course is to provide students with all of the practical skills necessary to become a professional pastry chef, either employed or self-employed, in specialized shops, cafés or restaurants.
